So... I didn't go to work today because I didn't sleep much last night. I've been having these sharp pains in my legs all week. I can't really sleep... I can't really walk... I twitch and grasp anything around me when one hits me (I must look really weird) even if I'm just sitting down. Motrin only gives me two hours relief when I take 2 pills (400

The doctor told me to take 4 pills 3 times a day! That's crazy.

Do you LIKE being in pain! 4 pills at a time would have been MY advice. You've got a DOCTOR telling you to take 4 pills, please, for heaven's sake TAKE THEM! They're the equivalent of an 800 mg ibuprofen pill that your dr could prescribe for you, but at a much greater cost (depending on your insurance, if you have insurance). It's not gonna kill you and it just might make you feel good enough to go home.

I overdose on Ultram (a prescription analgesic) regularly. I have a full time job and a long commute. Overdosing keeps me functional.
