First of all, number one just baffles me. I have a healthy, happy relationship with my boyfriend and I'm only 16. Yes, our relationship contains lust; I've never seen a romantic relationship that just consisted of companionship because that just makes it friendship and not a "relationship". However, in my relationship with Alex, we have a healthy balance of the two things. We didn't do anything lusty in our relationship until we felt ready and able. Also, he is a person I truly connect with. He understands me, I understand him. We're not in this for the lust; I'm able to tell him anything and we're able to have a strong relationship with thoughtful, deep conversations. Our relationship, at 16, is not purely lust

cool. i appreciate that you cared enough to express your thoughts. and i very much respect the relationship you have with alex because i know you like each other for more than just kissing. lol and just so you know, osheen is def. a girl, not someone i was considering dating. if there were a guy i really really liked and felt i could trust in a relationship i might go for it before i'm 18 i'm just not sure that i really feel like dealing with a relationship at this age.
