Hi everyone!  I haven't had a lot of time to read or comment in the past several days.  My mom and dad are here for a few days this week; then my ILs will be here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  I am so ready for the full week we'll have after Christmas, just to hang out and do nothing. :)  I am ready for Christmas; everything is wrapped with

Full and busy season! That is so nice that everyone comes to you now, rather than shlepping four kids down and back and forth and all.

(My brother and I were talking about how our typical holiday stuff will probably shift around in the next couple of years, since everything is pretty focused around my grandfather, and they are starting to think about babies and where they want to be and do they travel to see her family and obviously at some point they won't want to keep driving down to my mom's house to watch my kids open presents on Christmas morning -- newlyweds are in such a transitional place.)

I can't wait to be a grandmother in a rocking chair with a sleeping baby in my arms! And then going home to sleep undisturbed all night, LOL. It looks like a truly excellent gig.
