I think as we get older friendships become harder to come by. I think it's important that the friendships we do have, we maintain. No matter how difficult or how stubborn you (or the other person) may be, an apology is never really that difficult. So let's all grow up, and realize that we are all capable of being childish. I am now Irish, FYI. I find this out after St. Patty's day.
I have forgiven my mother for not knowing. I will celebrate harder next year.
