Has anyone been on a diet and can give me tips and/or any tips on how to eat healthier (besides cutting out chips, pop, fast food, ice cream, candy etc.)?
Ya, I eat a lot of fruits. Fruits are like water and they can be eaten all the time- so if I am hungry I eat those things.
Also, try eating 5-6 small meals rather than 3 big ones. I did that for awhile since it seems like I ALWAYS have to be eating something.
I wouldn't cut out junk all together. Just eat less. For example, eat half a donut rather than a whole- check the nutrition label. You'll be cutting down the carbs, sugars,cals and fats by half. It's a good way to look at it.
