So uhh Adam, we've got an ant problem. Why they like to hang out in our rooms instead of say, the kitchen is beyond me.

I hear that lining the floors with pepper works because it stings their feet... Your best bet is prolly not to ever take food upstairs though...

No, when we had our mini invasion this spring that didn't help at all. It just made everything look dirty and they seemed to like eating it.

Our ants appeared in the bedroom first, and then they found the kitchen and it got much worse. I mostly killed all the ones I saw, figured out where they were coming from and blocked up the holes, and kept everything completely clean and free of crumbs and they all left in a week or two.

That's the weird thing, they mostly hang out under Adam's door, a decidedly non-foody place. Plus I totally spilled some juice on the other end of my room and they never found it. They're just like loitering.

CINNAMON! you need cinnamon! sprinkle in aroudn the room, or put it in littel sachetels. plus cinnamon smells good.

Cinnamon is now all over my room. If this doesn't work, I'm going to try pepper...but as of right now, the ants are running away!
