for 2011:
1. run my yearly marathon, hopefully the new york *fingers crossed*
2. freefall 10,000 ft (with a parachute attached of course) for my 30th
3. run at least twice a week, swim once a week, play netball regularly - just continue with what i'm doing, anything more is a bonus. netball shouldn't be hard since would be joining a social club set
