New job starting in October. Same place, more responsibility (and happily a bit more money and most importantly flexible working, so I can have an afternoon a week with the girls). Slightly intimidated by the task ahead, but hopefully I'll do a decent job. Will be sad to lose the close contact with current faculty colleges, as new role is across
