Leeds Castle is absolutely beautiful. I'm really excited for you to go. They have an albino peacock that wonders around and is a bit cranky if you try to take its picture :-P
Ooooh and did you have an American Style donut at Brighton? of course, they're not at all like real American donuts - they're a lot better, actually, hehe.
If you want to laugh, go to see Spamalot. it's hilarious and worth every single pound :-P
Wow!! Jess babes it sounds like you've done just about everything! :-) How on earth did you manage it all? Have you been to Canterbury then? You know what I haven't done? A river cruise!!! I must do that .. maybe this week .. or next :-)
I did have a donut .. they ARE yummier :-) Don't have such a deep fried oily feel about them :-)
I am going to see Jineoin who is a british comedian hugely famous in Australia .. not so famous here apparently :-) Should be good though :-) I'm also going to the Tate Britain to see a Hogarth exhibition .. i'm becoming very cultured you know :-P hahaha .. NOT! :-)
ooooh Tate Britain is very close to where I lived! One of the London Arts University colleges is right across from there also - I helped out there at their library as part of my work placement for two days. It's also near Strutton Ground which is just off Victoria Street and has lots of good fruit and clothing vendors if you ever want to check it out. A lot of the clothing is from places like Top Shop and are marked down. There's a really good Chinese restaurant there too, you can get a takeout containter for 3 pound 50. We used to stuff it to the brim :-P A helpful hint: line the container with rice so the food holds its place better
( ... )
oh and you MUST go to the V&A before you leave! It's massive and took me 7 hours to get through (two afternoons) but was soooo cool. They have an awesome Renaissance exhibit. And their cafeteria downstairs is really really good. Quite expensive, but after 4 hours of being overwhelmed by everything they have it's definitely worth treating yourself!
