Thanks! *beams* it's twice the size of my old apartment, so yes, much more room! ^___^ my bookcase. MINE! XD

my parents are actually very much looking forward to retiring, especially my dad. it's become too much over the last year, so they are counting the days.

Thank you! ^__^ I love (re-)decorating it. it's so much fun (though not exactly cheap... XD I have no self-control if I see something pretty that I think will match...^^;)

hehehe~! come visit! ^_~ and yes, the back yard is a huge plus (it was also a bit of a requirement when I was apartment hunting - big balcony or back yard). I'm a country girl at heart (and no, NOT the music style...XD), really, I need my greenery. ^_^
