This is not exactly what the title suggests. I just watched the Ousama no Brunch where Ohno and Yuuka were interviewed. Ah... Both of them are so cute~~ 
And Ohno... oh, Ohno... You'll be the death of me one day with all your innocent antiques. There's nothing bad I can say about him at all!

Gosh, thank you! This was one of those shows where I was like 'WHAT, what's going on!' the entire time watching it... YES, Katsuo is a type of fish isn't it. I didn't know. ^_^;; XDD, gotta watch that again. And Yuuka is cute, glad she's gonna be his older sis.

here's my take on the sister arc.
his real name's not Naruse. He only took on the name to plot his vengeance, and how convenient that there's a blind girl with a brother who has the name Naruse. So he took it on, and voila, has a sister. And she does not know any better, being sightless and all. :)

These two cracked me up, and I was reminded of the Yuuka~rin act they put on together at AnS.

That's our Ohchan for you. He truly does live for the moment. :)

I believe your assumption to be correct.
When I watched the 4th episode, Serizawa had gone looking for Hideo's older brother, Manata Tomo (must be Naruse's real name) and was told that he had died.
So, it is definite that Tomo had taken the identity of the Naruse Ryo. I bet that Naruse's sister has been traumatized by past events(probably her brother had died earlier).

It was really scary to see that 'red eye' looking down at Yamano from the huge TV screen on the building. Reminds me of Jigoku Shoujo.
