England/China - Dealing with HK's promiscuity

AU Married/Parental England and China adores their not-so-little anymore, son, Hong Kong. They somehow find out that Hong Kong is quite sexually active and they freak out. Of course they try to figure out how Hong Kong became that way, and then offer crazy solutions to stop his promiscuity.
Bonus: If one of the solutions is England trying to get HK to a nunnery.
Bonus 2: If other nations are/were some of HK's partners and/or other nations are related to HK and put their two cents in when it comes to England's and China's solutions.
