So basicly Arthur is trying to teach Hong Kong to loose his accent speak the 'Queen's English' properly now that he is lives London by using the phrases in the movie. This causes huge amounts of frustration/exaustion for Arthur, but he is determined and Hong Kong wants very much to get it right. When he finally gets it, Arthur is overjoyed and praises him, telling him he is a good boy and whatnot, which leads to smexing. Shotaish but Hong Kong should be at least 14/15.
Bonus if Arthur keeps asking him to repeat the phrases while they are doing it.
