i really want a macbook because i use them for film but i don't know if final cut express works well on macbooks as everyone seems to say you need a macbook pro for it to work well - you ever tried it?

what courses are you thinking of doing if you return to uni?

Video editing can be pretty full on. The faster Pro's are probably a better idea. But RAM is so cheap these days, if you bought a Macbook you would be able to upgrade it pretty easily.

I'm thinking of doing IT. I've really been getting in to programing lately. Databases seem to make me happy for some strange socially-challenged reason :P
