Gotta love thisplace. We just got hit by another mortor attack, except this one was around 100 meters away from our barracks. I even got a little jumpy when i heard the BOOM. Not only I but over heard some other people talking too. I am starting to think $100.00 is not enough hazards pay for me.

Well it looks like I am making $1,342.60 per paycheck, which is handed to my bank every 1st and 15th of each month, so I am some what financially stable for a while. I m not sure what to spend my money on, well I do know I have to buy alienware, but after that just keep it in the bank and save it.. until I know what lies ahead in the future ( Read more... )

More Explosions YAY!!!!!! Freakin Mortors, ruining a good nights rest >_<.
I also got to see my first Camel Spider, it was only a baby, and it was just as big as a tuarantula, if not bigger. It was being held captive in a glass jar luckily. Damn 8 legged freaks

Should I be more like him? He seems to have the best of our lives even though we are twins, i guess he just got the better half. Why can't I just be happy with what I've got and why does that little stuff seem to be fading away so quickly?

Day 7: Nothing really happened that day.. except for a mortor attack at around 8 pm Zulu
Day 8: same old shit except another 4 mortors hit around the 4:30 Z

Maybe they will hit me while walking around at night time.. who know, and to get out of this shit I really don't care if it hits me.

Update in that mortor attack there were about 8 people injured..... and it hit our Main DFAC(dining Facility)..... other than that, I am now working in an office job, and hopefully i get ride in some helicopters later.

Well I am now spending the night here in Manas Air base in Durkistan or something ike that, which is a 4 hour flight from Turkey, nd another 4-5 hour flight from Afghanistan... Just letting you people know, even though yo umay not give a shit, there maybe 1 or 2 that do.
