Interesting but I think a liar or a sinner of any other kind knows pretty well what he is doing or he will not be a lair. As the old proverb says that a lair should has a good memory.

Well, when you work for the government, sometimes you don't have a choice, and then when you get old, you forget sometimes. ;)
