So, I got my delivery of NOW Foods pure, unflavored whey protein isolate yesterday. I bought this stuff because I'm supplementing my protein, and I'm tired of paying for designer bodybuilding supplements that have a bunch of crap I don't need in them. This has a high protein to calorie ratio, very little cholesterol, a high BV and a good amino acid ( Read more... )

But, did it make you want to jump up and sing and dance with a bunch of underage bimbos? What am I talking about? Of course it did...

Does this mean I can get you the DVD's for Christmas? You'd probably really appreciate the karaoke version, right?

WAIT. A. MINUTE.

You mean to tell me that all this time I could have been mixing a protein supplement with my Disney's High School Musical brand drink mix?

Yes indeedy. It is exceptionally tasty. Although, I have found an even tastier route to go. Pure whey protein + orange gatorade powder = liquid creamsicle.

I have to say that I love that it is High School Musical fruit punch and not some lamo fruit punch. That is awesome. Powdered supplaments are always hard to mask so that is great that you found something that actually tastes good.

This stuff is actually not hard at all to mix. It's nothing but pure whey protein isolate, so it disolves instantly and doesn't have much taste to it a all. It just tastes like really watered down milk. I've been mixing it with orange gatorade too, and it tastes just like a creamsicle.

Before I got this stuff I was drinking the cheap whey protein supplement from wal-mart and it was pretty wretched. Plus it had tons of cholesterol.

ew watered milk. no wonder you were looking for something! Creamsicle....reminds me of days gone past where we would get the TGIF's dreamsicle mix and add ice and citron vodka. Those were the crazy days....

well...yeah...cause don't we all need extra tons of cholesterol? Especially if you are working out? *rolls eyes*
