No Blastoise, for your body I'd have to create an entirely new regimen that also encompasses a 24 page binder and we'd have to retool it every couple of months to set new goals and exercises and probably for awhile we'll have to alter your routine every month, at least the first two or three months and I WILL DO THIS FOR YOU WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER I LOVE DOING THIS YOU HAVE NO IDEA maybe I'd make a good personal trainer
