was up everybody nothing really new going on in this neck of the woods. i gauged up to 4's today it was not as bad as i thought it was going to be though so that was cool. still a little soar but i am going to give it a few days and i will be fine. man live here is boring and cold. but what can you do nothing ohh and dave happy 21st
