mmkay kids, this is whats up. imkindacurious has made a post(below this one) asking that we redo the application. i think its a good idea, but i dont know about the rest of you guys because you havent given any feedback. this is your community too!

for those too lazy to go and read her post, she wants questions like-

The application is fine as is. More questions wouldnt hurt. I like the guilty pleasure band one. For me, that would be...Sting.

i think that would be a better application. it's a pretty good thing that i got accepted before it'll be made though... i listen to baaaaaaad music. but i like it. so sue me.

You could have opinions on contraversial artists, such as...

"what do you think of Britney Spears?"
"What do you think of Avril Lavigne?"
"What do you think of Madonna?"
"What do you think of Usher?"
"What do you think of Justin Timberlake?"

Just some ideas.

i like the new questions, good ideas!
I dis-like the ones about britney spears, etc... i personally think they are kinda dull.. i suppose that may be because i dont listen to any of them.. but ya know.. =D

If questions like this are added, will we be allowed to judge on them? The rules say clearly we're not supposed to judge on people's taste but can we judge on why they have such tastes?

Pshh, and 1000 is in the low end. My friend has a week's worth of music on his computer. My 1000 music files is only two days worth. You do the math!

I like these questions.

What will your personal outlook on music bring to this community?
-Because some people with awful taste in music can still see the light, and some people with awful taste in music shouldn't be allowed in here *shrug*

why not like why they like them but u judge how that question is answered "cuz i said so" wouldnt really be a great answer to why. u know? like i guess the why would be more like

so u know their reason for their answer not just their answer
so maybe they can explain why they say that about abortions, bush, kerry etc...

Actually, I was thinking about getting rid of a bunch of questions for some time. The Bush and Kerry questions have got to go...How 'bout you guys start suggesting questions to put in the random section? Some that will test the creativity of the applicant...
