Because. It's like your only qualification is beautiful mutations. You're so shallow. And they're so... so... empty. They don't even like you for you. They like the stuff that you spout at them about being different, and pretty, and... evolved sea creatures.

[ A heavy sigh as he leans back a bit, studying her expression. ] My only qualification is attraction-- it isn't as if I'm looking to pick up a girl to get married; [ He can't really believe he's discussing his one night stands with Raven. He rubs the bridge of his nose, ] Just for the night.
