uh oh I'm losing my voice. That's not good at all with the competition on Saturday! Now I'm really getting worried. I mean, why make it this far just to not be able to sing, it's not fair!! I have to do something. Luckily I stumbled across my Zrtek D (decongestant) so I can take that and that should clear me up. This weather isn't helping either,

remember -- no dairy, no alcohol, drink tea with lemon and honey, and no friend foods. that will help your voice tremendously.

and if worse comes to worse -- hot shower to steam up the bathroom (or boil water and stick your head over it with a towel) and wrap a scarf around your neck to keep it warm (dont know if that will be necc. in this weather!)

i think it's b/c of the weather I feel that way. Everytime there's a huge change in the weather I feel blah b/c it effects my allergies. One thing I never knew though...what are friend foods? Are they foods friends give to you? :-p You know what helps my throat, better than cough drops or throat drops, the chloroseptic throat strips! they're nasty as hell but they do the job!
