OMG.... It's been so long since I've dived into this fandom, seeing this on my feed today made me squee like a little fangirl. :D :D :D BEST CHOICE FOR MANLOVE MONDAY EVAR :D :D
(Hey, if you're sticking with the fiction bent, maybe next week let's see some Avenger's Manlove Monday!) XD
It makes me so happy to hear that it made you squee! I just did at your icon. *ahem* They own the ManLove Monday of my heart, and I felt I'd been neglecting them on here lately, so I need to share some IchiUri love!
(Suggestions and requests for future MLMs are very welcome, and that is an EXCELLENT idea; Avengers is rife with possibility--I'll definitely have to work on an entry for them! :) ♥)
Haha, not to mention Thorki, Thundershield, and Coulson in the mix. I have a personal collection to draw on, and I'll definitely keep those category requests in mind for an Avengers spectacular. The Avengers fandom has a bit of everyone with everyone else...for just about every possibility, I'm sure someone's representin'! ;)
Do you know what I love about this post? It encompasses the entire spectrum of Ichigo and Uryuu's relationship from the adorable cuteness to Uryuu (literally) topping Ichigo. Nice job!
Ahaha! I'm glad you enjoyed it. They are intensely endearing, especially when awkwardly dealing with their emotions when caring for each other and bickering out of tension.
From the adorable cuteness to Uryuu (literally) topping Ichigo
Ridin' him cowboy style, ya'll! With Uryuu pantsless, I deduce he's about to save a horse by riding Ichigo (like the stallion Shirosaki declared him to be). I'm sure his superb intellect has already calculated the precise angle and descent of his hips to get the most bang out of Ichigo's dick. XD
I figure you don't even need to know Ichigo and Uryuu to appreciate the lovely art, so I hope you enjoyed it regardless! :)
Thank you very much for the well wishes. We ended up being very lucky with only minor damages in our area which were fairly quick to fix (debris from wind gusts, some minor flooding, and power outages). Definitely not nearly as bad as the microburst we had rip through here a couple of years ago (five days without power, 15 trees lost, and part of our barn roof!), so I was incredibly thankful for that.
Definitely one of my absolute favorite IchiUri artists--the style is so close to Kubo's, the art could be mistaken for his sometimes. I was actually able to purchase their comics/merch via a friend, which made me really happy. :)
Thank you, my dear! ♥ We definitely lucked out in our area! I wasn't sure what we'd end up getting since Sandy was 900 freakin' miles long at one point! Its winds were felt all the way to parts of the midwest/affected the great lakes. Where one of my brothers lives, a tree came down on their neighbors' car and crushed it. Thankfully no one was hurt, and if the tree had fallen the other way, it would have taken out part of my brother's house! Other sections were hit much worse with damaging winds and rain, especially places not used to dealing with issues like that/such big surges. There was some rough subway/street flooding in NYC and Manhattan not too mention the decimation Sandy wreaked on Puerto Rico and Cuba before making landfall. Definitely keeping all the places affected in my thoughts. :o
Same here! I felt it'd been way too long since they last made an appearance on here and wanted to treat them to a Halloween theme. You know, I never really got into/watched BuriMyu, and I think the key reason in my decision was Uryuu being left out, haha! I've accepted that not everyone is as fond of the theatrical, bespectacled genius as I am, but you don't feature a minor character like Shuuhei in the musicals and leave out the 'Ryuu, come on now!
Can relate there, too. I hadn't been keeping up with it regularly for quite a while and just recently brought myself back up to speed. Basking in a little IchiUri again sparked my want to do more, so I may end up doing some catch-ups centered on IchiUri. :)
I mainly went to see Burimyu because my friend really liked two of the actors in it and I wanted to be in Japan on my birthday :) I was bummed they didn't have Yachiru either :(
The thought of trying to catch up is too depressing. Who knows though, I may try later on :)
That's right! I remember you mentioning that. It's so cool that you were able to be in Japan for your birthday that year. ♥ Sounds like such a memorable experience! :D I could see how it might be difficult to be true to Yachiru's size difference, but I'm sure there's some man a petite young woman could ride around on for a scene or two to get that gag in once. XD
Oh do I hear you on that! I haven't been keeping up regularly with any of my manga series, so I have to catch up in varying degrees...when it's lapsed for a long time like say, Naruto, which I haven't read in a few years, the sheer amount of chapters staring me in the eyes is overwhelming.
