hey T, i'm glad you updated, i was wondering what you're up to lately.
your entry is making me hungry, maple salmon sounds so yummy.
GT really sucks right now. this goldentree crap is driving me (and i'm sure many other ppl) insane. there are no rules or instructions and everything is JUST in disray, from the way the ppl in the philipins escalate issues to us, to how escalations don't even know shit about the goldentree and they're still being escalations and overlook things when they're the one who's asking NOC how to do things, and there are JUST so many cases that's been dropped upon us, it's so hard to keep up, and there are so many upset clients phoning in and etc etc etc.
i really, really, really want to get out, it's making me so miserable and being miserable isn't a good feeling.
Oh BV :( I'm sorry about the whole GoldenTree situation down there. From NOC's MSN names, it looks like things are going downhill for the department, especially since nobody knows what's going on and expect you guys to figure it out. However, I heard that Zoey and Kajorinne are coming into NOC, so hopefully things can get alleviated a bit? (I doubt it, they'll just get stuck into the fray) Anyways, it's 1:30 and I have to wake up at 7 this morning. I really do hope you feel less miserable as time passes by, and if you need anybody to bitch to -- I'm your bitchingpersontobitchtowhenyouhavestufftobitchabout. ^^
