Paczki Day!!

Hey all, long time no post.  I know... I owe you all an update, and I swear, one's comin.  :)

But, in the meantime, Happy (almost for us West Coasters) Fat Tuesday aka Paczki Day!!  And, since there apparently are no paczkis to be found in the Northwest (a fact I've been aware of for the past several years, sadly) will someone with access PLEASE

A paczki is a pre-Lent treat that I believe is Polish in origin. They are most popular in the Midwest (which is how I came about them). Basically, it's a ginormous jelly (sometimes custard) donut. Horrible for you, but perfect for Fat Tuesday. :)
