I was looking at the last post I made. Nothing has changed, really. Well, I've changed states twice since then, but you know what I mean. If clinical depression had a physical body, I would tear it apart, set it on fire, and then poop on it. Ugh.

Perhaps planned writing activities with a dear LJ friend will help. :) I remain hopeful.
