Special rule: The Consolidate Power order may only be placed on a Land Area. All other orders may be placed on both Sea and Land areas.

no. 1 is irrelevant, and stupid because it removes the ability to bluff.

no. 2 had a minimal effect on the game

no. 3 didn't even occur in that game?

no. 4 didn't even occur in that game?

2. The footman that survived ended up moving 4 territories and taking two cities, so it wasn't that minimal.

3. Lyndon would have lost 2 nights to a single attack to either Oliver or myself. Instead he lost 1 which then rallied and lived for a turn (it was removed as a casualty in the above attack).

4. Stopped Scott from having a better chance of winning I think. I supported his attack on Kings Landing. He has a -1 attack on Crickshaw Point, which he could have taken from me if he used an appropriate card from the hand which he just refilled since he had the sword and diddn't end up using it.

Rule 1 annoys me on inspection, but I guess makes sense. Else it allows allies to give each other power if they share a border, which might not be intended by the game.
