Sometimes, it's hard to remember why we do this, given the propensity to relegate it to a "hobby" or an unimportant pastime.   It's easy to forget the intangible, rarely seen benefit to being part of the SCA.    It's easier to roll our eyes at listserv drama, and snark those things that annoy us and drive us crazy, like coke cans and camp chairs,

Hugs - make a scoial gaffe stinks. Briana is one of the nicest ladies I've ever met and I'm proud to have been able to call her friend long before she became a Royal. Atlantia has gotten a real treat with these 2, IMO.
