Since I don't have a copy of the Chicago Manual of Style, and I'm trying to use the online version (which is limited), would you (or anyone else on this f-list with access to the CMS) let me know how I'm supposed to format. (Yes I know the library has a version, but they want $25 for some purely accidental fines, that I can't justify at the moment

This says specifically to put the names in the first / last order. Was I reading it incorrectly?
Is yours the newer version? Because the website is what the CA Editor pointed me to, does 16th version (I think). Should I write Kiri and see which she's using?
Ok, no season or month, and vol, no. # is the format.
I swear it's taken me as long to do the citation stuff as it did to write the damn thing.
