we don't see eachother anymore, so i suppose there's no real rationale for continuing this dated tradition. but on the 17th of every month, maybe i'll take some time to think of everyone dressed up in shirt-and-tie garb.

No silly, it's a thing some of us kids used to do at school. The 17th of every monthm, or the 18th or 19th if it was a weekend, was frank 'n bean day. People would come to school in funny ties. That was pretty much it.

...we were weird. Lol.

You know, still, from time to time, my younger siblings will suddenly yell "FWANK AND BEAN!!!" and hit themselves. It brings back good memories.

You know, I don't yet own a tie. Perhaps my first tie will have some sort of frank and/or bean motiff on it, for old time's sake.
