did you have a section with MAddy, and they just want to do a repeat? Is there any medical reason you need to have a repeat?
You probably should go to the dr, and see what they say. there is a chance labor will last the next 12 hours, and he doesn't come until tomorrow. but you don't want to keep ignoring this and birth in the bathroom! especially if you are at risk.
if you go to the dr, they may want to send you to the hospital, and well, if you want to be stubborn, you can always just go home :) but I think its better to know for sure what's going on!
If you really are too high risk to vbac, its better to be safe than sorry, right?
Maddie was an emergency c-section. We chose the repeat. My doctor didn't really push either way but I'll admit that the fear of the unknown scared me more than anything else plus I'll be tying my tubes and it was all just easier to do at once. So that's scheduled for Wednesday. I could logically go into labor on my own and give birth on the kitchen floor if I really wanted though! lol
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning which is why I have been avoiding going today. If anything picks up (I'm timing the contractions) or gets worse then I'll call but bloody show is one of those normal it just happens things right? I never made it this far before! lol.
I've had cervical checks every Monday for like.. two weeks. No dilating or anything beyond the original preterm labor stuff. But that wasn't a lot to begin with. I'll bet anything there's more now though.
I have no idea how anyone goes through this naturally. Whatever is going on in there, hurts like a son of a bitch!
He is due three days after her brithday, and earlier in the pregnancy I was having pre-term labor. Everything has settled down now, but I will cry if they have the same birthday. Its not fair to them!
We kind of fell into calling her Ellie, it jut sort of happned one day when we weren't looking. :P
we are thinking Elisabeth if this is a girl, but I don't really want a liz or beth, if she becomes anything, I want it to be Ellie. but don't want her to never hear Elisabeth!
