W00t! I’m so excited! I can’t wait to read all the great fic that is going to come out of this fest, so let’s get to it! First of all, thanks so much to everyone who submitted such awesome prompts. And now, a *coff* quick review of the rules.

maybe I overlooked it but is there a word-minimum for the fics?

There is not a word minimum. I had originally considered setting a min of 1000 words, but then I figured that it wasn't necessary; if someone could write one of these prompts in less than 1000 words, more power to them. *g*

Hoo boy, I know it's been over a month since the claims post was made but have claims ever officially closed? I didn't see anything that said they had but I wanted to check since I finally have a bit more time to sit down and write and I saw a couple of prompts that I loved. I don't know if I could finish more than one so I'd probably only commit to one just to be on the safe side but I figured I'd double check. :)

Nope! You can claim a prompt right up until the last day of the fest, if you think you can get something posted that quickly. *g*
