Bohemian Rhapsody

So, Sarah's Mom got her and I mp3 players for Christmas, and they are pretty freaking sweet. Mine came with a 1-month subscription to Rhapsody, where I can download unlimited mp3s... some of which actually work. I've uploaded some stuff from a few of my own CD's, but I have plenty of room on this thing, so does anybody have any songs/artists they ( Read more... )

You, my friend, need to get yourself a copy of streamripper and winamp, and head on over to www.shoutcast.com. Free internet radio, and whatever you can record, you can keep :) I've gotten at least three thousand mp3s this way...

While I'm thinking about it, do you have an ipod or some other mp3 player? And, if you have another mp3 player, what software do you use to manage it? I've been using rhapsody, and it's kinda so-so...

got me an ipod, and a mac, so of course - iTunes, which is the gold standard, according to the opinions of many, including myself. I also just got a cell phone that plays mp3s ipod style, and that just looks like a disk drive, you just copy mp3s on to it. Try looking at http://www.redchairsoftware.com/ I don't know what you have, but there might be something there to support it, and it would probably be worth getting.
