glad to hear you're laying off iquor. doing so has done me a world of good

as for stress, throw yourself completely into your work--whatever you choose it to be. I have found photography keep me creative and it may even prove to be lucrative

may help to do some yoga or pilates too. there are inexpenseive dvd's out there, and you get is shape that way,too

Thanks T. :) I think it will help quite a bit. I think I am at the stage where my body could start handling some pilates, and some yoga along with the other stuff I am learning in martial arts class (tai-chi, quigong) will help with the stress quite a bit.

As for work, you have a point there. I have recently taken a good many burdens off and have been gaining some focus as to what to do with my life. I have many things I need to do, I think it's time I did them.
