Watching it on Animal Planet, and looooving it! beautiful dogs. I wish we had show dogs in the shop, damn it. We only get a few really good examples of the breed. we've had a couple well-built standard poodles and a gorgeous newfoundland, but that's about it.

They. Were. Beautiful. I was down on floor level for the second half of the show, on my knees, taking pictures- It was amazing. The Capriole was flawless and I was lucky enough to get a shot right as the stallion's hind legs kicked out. I got several other movement photos perfectly, thanks to a very fast shutter speed. So I met Julie today. Turns out that she bought the horse from Marja, a family friend, so it was all fine and dandy. Plus, this lady also voulenteered at helping hooves around the same time I did- AND, she's a dog groomer. or used to be, anyway.
