(yet again we have a scenic change in the musebox. the sun swelters as it shines down on the landscape; a barren desert with nothing to see for miles and miles, the distant horizon looking like a mirage through the heatwaves rising off the sand. the occasionally winds kick up the grains and swirl them into the air in mini cyclones that die as fast as they form. it would be a normal person's worst nightmare if not for the ancient ruins rising out of the golden sands.

the ruins of an ancient city, it seems like. rather large as well. a pair of crumbling stone arches stand as the entrance to what must have once been a glorious place to reside, now... well, it all depends on the viewer's eye to decide whether or not they are still glorious. despite the time that must have passed in this place most of the buildings and structures still stand soundly aside from cracks and the occasional crumbling that comes with the wearing down of time. it's a child's fantasy dream come true.

so, who wants to play ancient explorer today?)
