It is damn cold outside. Most of the Finns don't seem phased, but +3 degress outside is fucking cold--I don't care what anyone says. And when I am here in the winter and it's -60 out there, Hell might have frozen over but I'll be damned before I go out there! It will be mandatory that all Rowans stay inside

Well, I don't know about the part of Australia you are in (because I know some parts are really hot), but in Louisiana it gets up to be +40 and above during the summer and hardly EVER gets below +10. So +3 is really something for me. And when I was in London, I complained about it being cold there, too. :D

yeh louisiana has the same kind of temperatures as australia.

+3 feels colder than -3, really, cause with +3 there's often wind and rain and clouds or if it's sunny and +3, you want to wear a t-shirt and skip using mittens and then you're really cold.
