The dancing stick figures at ~1:28 are Trollface, Raegface, ME GUSTA face and [not sure]. The one who's briefly shown by himself is FOREVER ALONE Guy.
The subtitled "la-la-la, nah nuh-nuh" is a medley of Eduard Khil's hit "Я очень рад, ведь я, наконец, возвращаюсь домой" aka Trololo.
The mushmouthed portion is a cover of "Chacarron Macarron" (by El Chombo featuring Andy Val Gourmet), known as "Ualeualuale" (an approximate phonetic spelling) to followers of YTMND, where it was used as BGM for a site whose image loop showed Adam West dancing the Batusi (the Watusi-esque dance the guys in the background are doing). The guy who pops up and announces "I'MMA FIRIN' MAH LAZORS" is Cell, from Dragon Ball Z, with a badly drawn face
