Yes, that's right, I am amazing. I talked to the guy that we (Myself, Kev, Alap, and MJ) want to sublet from this summer and he agreed to my offer of $2000 to have the place from basically now through August. That means it's about the same as if we were paying $170 a month in the summer... and we're getting the place NOW. Which means we get to
