Hi, I don't mean to be a bother here on your private journal but I have a problem with the way a member of the zelda_lovers community is talking to me. Roto13 is being exceptionally rude and abrasive for no reason. On top of that he's cursing like a sailor- also for no reason...
Its really not enjoyable on any level and its more than a little disappointing that he's acting like such a brat in the middle of what is otherwise a good conversation.
Is there something you can do to smooth things over with him? I don't really look forward to encountering him and his combative attitude repeatedly in your community.
That said, there's no rule against cursing in the community or on LJ, and I didn't find his original comment to be excessively rude. It seemed to me that he disagreed with your comment and let you know why.
His second comment, however, was a bit rude. Unfortunately, I think your reply to him was rather passive-aggressive, which clearly set him off.
As far as I'm concerned you're both as much in the wrong as the other, and you should probably just walk away from it. If you see him, or anyone else in the community, being rude in the future, though, feel free to let me know. :)
