This post from a couple days ago given by an anonymous user caught my attention... "face it, you need to be skinny now, people dont want the plesently plump, they want the girls whose clothes fall perfectly on their bodies. clothes make you stand out and attract people, and you need to be thin to wear the nice clothes, nice clothes dont look as good when you are a big blob, or they wouldnt have the stick models advertising the clothes. we arent living in the 50s where a good weight for an average woman is in the 140s, 150s, times have changed and so has the weight accepted by society" I hope that I read this wrong or something...because otherwise I am so outrageously offended that I needed to bring this forward. I have no interest in finding out who said this; I only want to ask the person (anonymously) exactly what they meant by it...
Yeah that upset me, too- I mean it doesn't really concern me because it just so happens that I'm so short it's doubtful if I'll ever exceed 100 lbs (I'm 85 at the moment), but just the same, I think some women around 140 look great, and I've spoken to plenty of guys who would prefer a woman who's considered slightly overweight to one who is extremely underweight. I mean not to be a pervert or anything but think about it sexually- how do you have sex with someone who is nothing but bones? So yeah, I'd like this clarified too.
