This is going to sound horrible, but if one of your summer reading books is a book of poems, don't bother. If you have Davern he doesn't even cover that in the curriculum and I'm pretty sure Shultz doesn't either. Just a hint!

Remember that anything you want to know about a college is more than likely on their website. I asked for more college brochures than I ever needed when all the info was right there online. (Especially Sam Houston's.... :])

STAY AWAY FROM FASTWEB.COM as far as scholarships go. Go be BFF with Mrs. Cruz in the career center. She knows her shit.

Good luck baby!

OH really? Well thats good to remember. Mrs. Shultz is going over to Brandeis though, to be head of dept. there..so theres gonna be a new teacher :/

That is really true. Haha, nice SHSU hint in there :)

Ahh no, why?! That was the site I was using so far. Do you remember any good ones I can use, before I become BFF with Mrs. Cruz?

Thank you, thank you.

Well, the new teacher might actually do the book of poems, but I'm not sure.. either way, i wouldn't make it a top priority.

fastweb.com is seriously a waste of time. i hate to say it, but i filled out a zillion of them and so did all my friends and no one got ANY of them. it's not a bad website, you just have to remember that you're competing with thousands of other kids. and now i get a crap load of spam. as far as i'm concerned, the career center is just the best place to go. thats where i got all of mine, and i've been everywhere, lol.

no problem baby, i'm sure your sister is a huge help with all of this too, but if you need to know anything that she may have forgotten, don't be afraid to ask!
