You know, but it bears repeating -- I love this to pieces. I'm impressed how much characterization (and sexiness and humor) you were able to draw out of a simple concept (ie: Roy Mustang sure would look hot in a dress, and Hughes would appreciate said hotness.)

You write an absolutely adorable Hughes and Roy. . canonically, I love how he manages to encapsulate cosmopolitan, self-assured androgyny and thin-skinned military-school machismo at the same time at the same time, and how it's not a contradiciton for these qualities to coexist (if not always comfortably) in the same character. i.e., he's such a dude an he's such a princess all at once. And all of that comes across here, beautifully. I love the bit about how his successful runway debut is like running a gauntlet in drills. It's all just a different kind of challenge -- and Hughes is on board no matter what, which is a nice resolution.

I love how we get more than we expect from this piece. It ends up delivering much more than just porn, a real insight into their relationship. Hugs you for Roy's insecurities... :)
