I made a list of all the places in the range of 500-650 a month, and we set out to see them. The first place we went to was a a brand new house. It 600 a month, but when we got there, they said they'd let us have it for 550. We thought that it would be too much trouble to move in to because it was downstairs, so we kind of shrugged it off. Thanks! The only downside that I can see, is that it's just a tad smaller than our current place. But saving that 175/mo makes it worth is for me.
