It seems to have been a rollercoaster ride the last week and a half! Actually the last month or three seem to have been like this. A week and a half ago I met the new team with whom I will be working from November 10th. Drinks in the new office and then a meal out at a local all-vegetarian Indian restaurant so this was an excellent way to meet them ( Read more... )

I'm sorry we boewd out on Saturday. I was laid up with a migraine, so there was no way on God's earth I'd have managed a drive to Oxford and back with a party in between, and ephraim was too worried to leave me, bless him. We went to call you, only to realise that we don't have your number, so texted our apologies to the number we think is jul1et; hopefully you got them.

Am glad you had a great time in Barcelona - it's one of my favourite cities too. With cool architecture and fabulous food how could it not be?

We must sort out a time for the four of us to catch up.

Very true! :D They had some very nice shoes in the climbing shop next to it though so I think next time we are there we are going to splash out on some beginners shoes.
It was so good to see you on Saturday, very pleased you could make it. And I'm still very impressed that I am not the only one with a Hitch-Hiker's towel :-)
