Is it odd to hope that Conspiracy Theorists - who are constantly trying to come up with the most convoluted possible explanations for things that go wrong / right - all die of the flu? Not SARS, not Anthrax, not controlled demolitions of major buildings, not fluoridation of the water supply, but the flu? The flu, the thing that kills more people in ( Read more... )

It was more of a media hype machine thing. I guess I just lumped that in for the irony of having conspiracy theorists *and* hype freaks die of something ACTUALLY likely to kill them in comparison to things like giant unlikely government conspiracies or mildly dangerous illnesses.

THANK YOU for proper use of logic. I've frankly grown tired of the dogmatic and unquestioning attachment that some people seem to have towards conspiracy theories, usually because they are simply conspiracy theories.
