LoL! School administrations are about the most inefficient beaurocracies there are, except perhaps for governments...

Concordia does seem more interesting, though, partially because every time I go by there there seems to be a protest, bomb scare, fire trucks galore, or something like that. Things like that generally don't happen at McGill.

If it really takes them 10-15 days to respond, you might as well write them a letter. It'd probably go faster.

I should probably just bite the bullet and call them. Though I've yet to get someone who speaks good english on the phone, which kind of scares me because I"m never sure if I'm getting good/accurate information...
