Hehe. Not a whole lot, I'd imagine, but there are many, many rpg's out there, and many of them take place in a modern setting and you never know where the players might end up. A hip hop night club in a city or even a street fight scene or a basketball court in a ghetto somewhere... Seriously, take Cthulu for example - that's set just about anywhere. I want to have all bases covered, and I would never even DARE TRY to write hip hop myself. That would just be embarrassing. ;)
