okay, my only advice would be to talk to him, straight out. List the things she's done (like you did in the post) and talk to him VERY CALMLY. this may be hard, but it will help a lot. (I know because I had a problem a lot like this, and I yelled at her, and now she won't speak to me and is STILL dating the jackass.) also, get other friends who agree with you to talk to him about her.

and for more advice, cross-post this to an advice community. :) there are a lot of them, and you'll get lots of good advice!
