Why should doppio drinkers be penalized for people that steal my cream? The cream is perfectly free for people who add it as a condiment - not for those who drink it as the main beverage.

It's the same reason you can use some maple syrup on your pancakes at IHOP, but would balk at paying an extra $2 for your meal to compensate for people who would take the syrup pitcher hoome.

I fail to see why I should offer a 2 ounce drink in anything larger than a 4 ounce cup - why does that make sense to you?
